Green Thumbs unite!
If you enjoy gardening and growing food, there is a special place where you are free to do so. Being a Community Garden, we encourage everyone to contribute. From planting your favourite vegetables, herbs and fruits to catching up with other like-minded locals for a chat.

Share Space Community Garden is located at the Uniting Church on the corner of Bridgewater Way and Fulham Road, Rowville

Generously sponsored by a range of local businesses and families, this is definitely the place to grow new friendships, not to mention garden veges!

Thank you to the Rowville Uniting Church for once again significantly partnering with the Share Space and giving up the special space the garden now sits on.

Our Share Space Community Garden was officially opened on 10th September 2023 by Knox City Council Mayor Marcia Timmers-Leitch. Thank you for making time to help cut the ribbon on our special space.

We would like to also say a special thank you to Sam Hastings, Rachel Hastings, Gabby and their sons. They got the garden foundation done whilst simultaneously coordinating the rest of the build.

Furthermore, thank you to the Hands On Learning students from Rowville Secondary College for building the garden beds, then contributing to get them all to the stage they are at today. Undoubtedly, without your amazing work this would not have been possible. Hands On Learning is an amazing program and we wish to emphatically thank their teachers Jessica Louise Harris and Mike for allowing the students to be involved in something so undeniably special.
